For Membership:
- *We have three types of club memberships (Adult; Youth -Family);
- *You can download the application form at the Registration Section of our website (www.pcfionline.org)
- *Alternatively, you can scan and email your membership form to philcavies@yahoo.com;
- *A 2nd way is for you to submit your membership form at PCFi activities and events - Jan 14, 2012,
- People's Village, Tiendesitas, Pasig from 8am to 5pm. We have a membership table available there throughout the day;
For Show Participation:
- *Registration will start at 8AM and cut-off time is until 10AM.
- *For each cavy head entered for judging fee is Php 50.00. Exceeding to 5 entries will be free of chage. No limit of Entries.
- *Two Categories Junior and Senior. This will be base on cavy weight upon registration.
- *There are two contests: (1) Purebreed contest following the 16 breeds of cavies and their varieties -
- visit www.pcfionline.org and read the Philippine Standard of Perfection for Cavies booklet; (2) Pet/Fun Show contest where
- Best In Costume, Most Popular, Longest Hair, Heaviest Cavy, and Fastest Grass Eater.
- *The Purebreed is open to members of PCFi - if you are not yet a member, you can enroll in the membership booth and we will
- accommodate your entries in the Purebreed judging contest afterwards.
Note: For Sale cavies are also available during the event, however only PCFi member are allowed to do so.

The PILIPINAS CAVY FANCIERS INC (PCFi) is a duly registered non-profit association with the Philippine Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC). The organization's mission is to promote the cavy (guinea pigs) fancy in the Philippines.
PCFi was established early 2010 by some cavy enthusiasts in Manila. The vision of PCFI is to;
(1) Promote the cavy fancy;
(2) Provide a forum to share with one another as far as Cavy Husbandry/Care is concerned;
(3) Establish a platform to enhance the various cavy breeds in the Philippines.
The PCFi is not in the business of making money. It was established purely out of love for the care of these lovable pets and the camaraderie that naturally comes out of it.
The PCFi Officers is made up of the following:
(1) Almond Javier, President - father of 4 (humans) and currently watching over 13 heads of cavies in Merville, Paranaque;
(2) Jesse Manio, Vice President - experienced cavy breeder of the long-haired variety. Jesse also handles the Membership Committee. Jesse is based in Cavite;
(3) Maris Villena, Secretary / Treasurer - breeder of long-haired guinea pigs with the likes of Alpaca, Texel, Sheba Mini Yak/Australian Sheba and also the Peruvian and Silkie/Sheltie. Loo likewise handles the Events and Marketing Committee;
(4) Choc Abuyan, Standards Chairman - resident Engineer and master of 150 Peruvian cavies all the way in Quezon Province. Choc also holds the distinction of being the head of the Standards Committee which is important as we expand our efforts into cavy shows and competitions
PCFi envisions to have a thriving cavy community with no exclusivities involved. Any avid fancier, pet lover or breeder of cavies are welcome to join. In the near future, the PCFi plans to hold shows and competition all to promote guinea pigs in the country.
The PCFi head office is currently located in Merville Park, Paranaque City.
